Occurrence
Report Form (ORF) Tracker
|

The ORF
Tracker is a client/server database
application designed to manage risk and report on laboratory
incidents as required by CLIA and other regulatory/accreditation
agencies. Our system is installed on a Windows 2003 server.
Each supervisor and pathologist is provided a "real-time" desktop
connection to the program. Laboratory Occurrence reports are
centrally entered and available immediately. Reports are
