Overview Requirements
The ORF Tracker is a client/server database application designed to manage risk and report on laboratory incidents as required by CLIA and other regulatory/accreditation agencies.  Our system requires installation on a dedicated Windows 2003 server that we have administrative rights. Each supervisor and pathologist is provided a "real-time" desktop connection to the program. Laboratory Occurrence reports are centrally entered and available immediately.  Reports are immediately available on-line to monitor current status, manage follow-up, trending and analysis.
